This space comes from my sincere interest in spreading the knowledge of Yoga.
After years of bodywork experience as a Dancer-Performer, Choreographer and Teacher of Contemporary Dance, my journey to India to discover Traditional Yoga began in 2017.
In 2019 I attended the 200h Yoga Teacher Training Course, certified by Yoga Alliance, in Rishikesh (Uttarakhand).
In addition to this course I had the extraordinary opportunity to study with Masters of Yoga from the Himalaya to Tamil Nadu, all the while participating in pilgrimages and "getting lost" in the streets of this extraordinary country which preserves an immense knowledge.
In 2020 I opened Chandrashila Yoga, my own online and face to face Yoga activity based in Lipari, a small volcanic island in the south of Italy.
In 2021 I completed the 100h Kids Yoga Teacher training at Andiappan Yoga Education and Research Trust, in Chennai.
In 2024 I attended TM Course (Transcendental Meditation) at Anamay Vedic Ashram in Kausani, India.
From this experience I realized the close connection between Yoga, the creative process and individual growth, consequently also collective.
Now, I continue my journey to discover this millenary science with the intention of sharing it with anyone who wants to know and practise it.
A journey that has no end.
